CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MEMORIAL HOSPITAL GIFT GALLERY:

GIFT SHOP HOURS:

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00AM to 4:45PM
• Friday: 9:00AM to 2:00PM
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed

ORDERING INFORMATION:

• We accept Visa, Master Card, & American Express.
• All online and phone sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• In the event that a product of your choosing is out of stock at the time of the order, a similar item of equal value may be substituted in that order.

PROCESSING OF ORDER:

• Patient’s room status will be verified before a purchase is charged to ensure the gift is deliverable on the Manchester Memorial Hospital Campus.
• If the patient is not on the Manchester Memorial Campus, you will be notified by email or phone.
• If the patient is in surgery and has not been assigned a room, we will deliver the gift at the earliest opportunity after room assignment has been made.
• If the patient has been discharged, the gift will not be delivered and you will not be charged.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

• Deliveries are made in the Manchester Memorial Hospital in Manchester, Kentucky only.
• There is no charge for the delivery.
• Deliveries will be made during our regular store hours only. No deliveries will be made on weekends or major holidays when store is closed.
• Gift orders made on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be delivered on the next business day.
• We are closed on all major holidays.

MEDICAL RESTRICTIONS:

• Due to certain health-related restrictions, deliveries cannot be sent to an Intensive Care Unit, a Surgery Unit, or an Emergency Room Unit.
• We will contact you by phone or email if delivery cannot be made due to health-related restrictions.
