Dennis Meyers, RN, BSN, M.Div.
President/CEO
Dennis Meyers has served as president and CEO of Memorial Hospital since 2000. Prior to 2000, Mr. Meyers served as chief clinical officer and chief operating officer at the hospital. Before coming to Manchester in 1996, Mr. Meyers was the chief clinical officer for San Joaquin Community Hospital in Bakersfield, California. While in California he also acted as director of case management, staff and charge nurse in ICU, house supervisor and manager of a hospital medical/surgical unit. Prior to 1996, Mr. Meyers worked as a recreation therapist in a psychiatric hospital.
Before his involvement in healthcare, Mr. Meyers served 12 years as a pastor in various churches and capacities in Lincoln, Nebraska, and Hinsdale, Illinois. He also taught religion and Bible in a church-related high school for two years.
Mr. Meyers received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska. Following this he received his Masters of Divinity degree from Andrews University. He later received his certification for secondary education. After 12 years as a pastor he returned to school and received his Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from Union College.
Erika Skula, MBA
Vice President of Finance/CFO/COO
Erika Skula joined the administrative team as VP of Finance/ CFO at Memorial Hospital in September 2008. Ms. Skula has worked within the Adventist organization for the past 24 years. She served as Senior Accountant and Property Manager for 5 years at the SDA National Headquarters for Canada; as Business Educator at Kingsway College for 12 years; and most recently as Controller at Memorial Hospital for the past 7 years.
Ms. Skula received her Bachelors in Business Administration in 1982 and her Masters in Business Administration in 2001 at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan.

Teresa Laws, RN, BSN, MSA
Vice President of Clinical Services/CCO/CNO
TeresaLaws, RN, BSN, MSA became the Vice President of Clinical Services, Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) on August 2, 2010.
Teresa worked for Memorial Hospital for nine years as the Nursing Administration Informatics/Clinical Project Specialist, but previously acquired significant experience in other positions such as Director of Nursing, Skilled Nursing Facility Manager, Long Term Care nurse and Med-Surg Nurse for a large city hospital.
As Vice President and CCO, Teresa will provide administrative oversight for Med-Surg, PCU, ICU, OB, Emergency Department, OR, Respiratory and Lab.
Teresa graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Administration from Andrews University in Michigan.
