Home Health Services

We offer home health services that meet a wide range of care needs.  From basic and simple care to more complex medical procedures, we are here to serve you as you recover at home.  All services are provided under a physician’s plan of care. Home and Community Based Waiver services are available in our Kentucky agencies.  We have nurses available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve you.

• Wound care, IV therapy, urinary catheters, bowel programs, ostomy care and maternal/infant care
• TPN administration along with monitoring, irrigation and maintenance of all implanted infusion devices, pre- and post-OP education and evaluation, observation and assessment, blood draws for lab values, medication preps, tube feeding and changes, trach care, medication teaching, diabetic care and teaching, pain control, injections and skin care
• Personal care services such as bathing, dressing and nail care
• Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy are also available
