On Thursday, December 3rd, sixty students from Clay County Middle School (CCMS) were given an all-access tour of Manchester Memorial Hospital (MMH). During their tour, students were introduced to several department directors who educated them on hospital equipment, testing, and daily activity. Directors also gave in-depth tours of their department.
To conclude their visit with MMH, students were taken to the Terrace Café, where they were given goodie bags full of CREATION Health materials as well as complimentary snacks from our dietary team. “We were very pleased to host CCMS students and give them the opportunity to see our hospital on a deeper level” said Erika Skula, MMH CEO. Manchester Memorial Hospital is constantly working to provide students interested in healthcare the opportunity to experience what it is like working in the industry.
